Job Description:

Manage and follow up on inbound leads through our CRM (HubSpot)
Qualify leads, determine next steps, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare proposals, pricing decks, and other sales collateral for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all interactions, proposals, and sales activity.
Provide reports on lead conversion, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Gather and organize client information and inbound inquiries to support the sales process.
Coordinate with influencer teams to understand campaign opportunities and timelines.
Maintain CRM data integrity and assist in workflow optimization.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or sales coordination (experience in marketing/influencer marketing preferred).
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot)
Able to process large number of inquiries = very organized
Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience working with B2B & Marketing related Services
Experienced using Canva.com to develop Case Studies, Proposals and Pitch Decks
