Job Description: Position: Mobile Developer (Native iOS / Android) Location: Atlanta, Charlotte, or Birmingham (Hybrid) Duration: Contract Job ID: 176059 Only W2 Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Mobile Developer with strong native development experience in either iOS or Android. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building high-quality mobile applications using Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose. This role requires strong fundamentals in computer science and a passion for delivering seamless mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance native mobile applications for iOS or Android. Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver feature-rich applications. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. Optimize applications for performance, usability, and reliability. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and bugs. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions. Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in native mobile development (iOS or Android). iOS: Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit OR Android: Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.). Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Solid understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and debugging. Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience publishing apps on App Store or Google Play Store. Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
