New Leaf Growers is looking for enthusiastic, professional, and reliable Garden Center Merchandisers to join our team! As a wholesale grower supplying high-quality annuals and perennials to large retailers, we take pride in providing beautiful plants and excellent customer service. If you enjoy working with plants, are proactive, and have a positive attitude, this role could be perfect for you!
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Display and maintain live plants to ensure our displays look their best
- Remove and condense plant racks as needed to keep things organized
- Interact with customers to answer questions and provide plant care tips
- Collaborate with store personnel to ensure plants are well-stocked and presented
- Work across multiple locations as needed to meet customer needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Some plant knowledge (the more, the better!)
- Reliability and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work independently
- Smartphone required for communication and reporting
- Weekend availability (Saturdays are a must)
- Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and help where needed
