Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software products

  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet customer needs
  • Perform multiple tasks across various platforms and applications

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or technical support

  • Experience supporting customers through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware and software products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Additional Requirements:

* Open to attending training sessions on a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends

  • Adaptable to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to flex up or down hours depending on business needs
  • Persuading fulfillment regarding a pre-business assessment and individual certification
  • Persuading fulfillment regarding the initial training program
  • Ponder all assumptions of the job within the first 120 days of work
  • Prepared to meet a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while communicating with customers
