Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
- Offer additional products and services
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Fluency in both French and English
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or GED
- A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
- Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Desire to learn new technologies
- A computer (laptop or desktop) for testing purposes (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite connections) and a smartphone
