Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls. You will work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges. You will also have the opportunity to work from home up to 5 days a week, with a hybrid work environment that includes three days onsite and two days at home.
Key Responsibilities
* Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls
- Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
- Stable internet with ability to provide reputed company of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment
