Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Completing data entry tasks, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Working on various projects, including research trials, online studies, and product testing
- Using a variety of tools and technologies, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software applications
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues through email, phone, and video conferencing
- Meeting deadlines and working independently with minimal supervision
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of work completed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Current USA residency
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
