Job Summary
As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare and Pharmacy Operations, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities
* Execute patient reputed company pharmacy programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
- Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met, including data entry, customer service, and healthcare operations
- Ensure consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and evaluating results; and implementing changes
- Guarantee region pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines
- Drive local pharmacy business growth by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives
- Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment reviews, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)
- Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
