As a Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring excellent patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Interaction: Greet customers and patients warmly, providing assistance with pharmacy services and products. Engage with patients to understand their needs and offer personalized support.
- Prescription Processing: Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, accurately process prescriptions, and ensure reputed company information is entered correctly into our database.
- Medication Preparation: Retrieve, count, and pour pharmaceutical tablets; verify medication accuracy; and reputed company for possible drug interactions under the pharmacist's supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications
- Good computer skills for pharmacy system operation
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months or more of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience in a pharmacy setting
- Strong math skills for accurately filling prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medicines
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of store inventory control procedures
- PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Previous experience with pharmacy management systems
- Familiarity with insurance billing and claims processing
