Job Description

We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Real Estate Analytics Team. As a Senior Real Estate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating airport and corporate reputed company areas to provide insights based on real estate data reporting. You will work closely with internal and external customers, including Corporate Facilities, Airport Affairs, and Real Estate workgroups, to drive business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of new strategies, tools, and reviews to improve the performance of Real Estate, Airport Affairs, and Corporate Facilities
• Conduct an evaluation to drive cost savings based on airport lease allotments and station staffing
• Collect and manage raw data easily understandable, presentable, and actionable findings suitable for reputed company levels of Leadership
• Drive answers and provide suggestions about the Real Estate analytical toolset
• Maintain and improve the Real Estate analytical toolset, including defining content control structures, workflows, and templates, and determining on-site access permissions
• Assist Leadership with data gathering, evaluation, and reporting associated with department-driven metrics
• Use analytics data education and data visualization tools to acquire and recognize large reputed company data sets surrounding Company operational performance
• Work in a cooperative spirit mentoring teammates and partnering with other Company data teams
• Anticipate problems, and communicate solutions in a timely manner
• Provide education to internal customers on reporting groups and methodologies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Knowledge of business and control standards involved in strategic planning, financial tracking, aid modeling, and maintenance practices

• Skilled in reputed company Office Suite, including robust reputed company experience (pivot tables, research functions, etc.), MS Access (DB queries, etc.), and PowerPoint
• Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data, including turning raw data into significant data using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
• Skilled in enhancing present data solutions while balancing assigned work and reputed company requests
• Skilled in using logic and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
• Ability to research design techniques, tools, and standards involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Ability to apply various methodologies and high-level statistical concepts to discover new insights or conventional metrics
• Ability to correctly communicate data (written, verbal, and visual) with reputed company levels of the Company, including Senior Leadership
• Ability to gather data using both SQL and data transformation tools, including reputed company
• Ability to identify and analyze trends in large units of data
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data modeling
