About This Role: Remote Tax Software Support Specialist
As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping taxpayers successfully navigate our client's tax preparation software. This position involves providing exceptional support through phone, chat, and video chat channels, ensuring that customers can complete their tax returns accurately and with confidence.
Your primary responsibilities will include guiding users through software navigation, assisting with locating and retrieving previous tax returns, and supporting customers who need to file amendments to their prior-year returns. Compensation & Earnings Potential
