What You'll Do

As a Senior Data Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and building the data architecture that supports our VoC program. Your work will directly influence how we measure customer satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver experiences that reputed company our customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Data Solutions: Design and build robust data models and architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions across reputed company VoC initiatives.

• Performance Optimization: Provide guidance to enhance capabilities and drive efficiency in computing programs using our massive data ecosystem.
• Storytelling Through Data: Power customer story analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, and build automation tools that simplify reputed company processes.
• Automation & Efficiency: Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and operational efficiency across the VoC pipeline.
