Our training program runs for two full weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. This comprehensive onboarding experience covers everything you need to know to reputed company in your role, including:

  • Weekend Premium: An additional $1.00 per hour for reputed company hours worked starting Friday at noon through Sunday at 11:59 p.m.

Work Schedule: Flexibility That Works for You

We understand that life doesn't fit into a one-size-fits-reputed company schedule. That's why we've designed our work schedules with flexibility in mind, while still maintaining the consistency our customers expect.

After completing your training, you'll work three shifts per week, with one of those shifts being either Saturday or Sunday. This schedule provides you with four days off each week, giving you ample time to pursue personal interests, spend time with family, or simply reputed company.

You can select your start time between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. CST, with your shift ending by 6:00 p.m. CST. This morning start time ensures you have your evenings free while still capturing the peak service hours our customers need.

We also understand that sometimes you need extra time off. That's why you may request one weekend off per month, subject to approval. Please note that during special promotions and holiday peak periods, some weekends may be excluded from the regular weekend-off policy to ensure we maintain our commitment to customer service excellence.

Technical Requirements: Setting You Up for Success

Workspace Requirements:

  • Desk and chair that allows you to work safely and comfortably for extended periods

Internet and Connectivity:

  • Consistently reliable high-speed internet supplied by a cable or DSL provider
  • Minimum download speed of 30 megabits per second or greater
  • Wireless or satellite broadband service is not permitted
