As the Senior Program Manager for arenaflex's Virtual Healthcare Team, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives that power our pet care platform. Key Responsibilities Include

• Launch Excellence: reputed company consumer engagement testing for reputed company feature and product launches, including recruitment, scheduling, device coordination, reporting, and post-launch analysis. You'll identify potential risk areas and ensure successful completion of pre-release testing through effective communication and flexibility.

• Process Improvement: Analyze bug reporting process flows and identify upgrades to reduce the burden on our veterinary team reputed company reporting issues. Determine if additional tactics are needed for customers to report bugs effectively.
• Customer Quality Insights: Identify additional sources of customer quality problems (e.g., customer service feedback, voice of the client, app store reviews) and incorporate these insights into appropriate processes.
