Key Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives and providing comprehensive people support to our reputed company and Corporate teams. Here's what you can expect in this role:

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with our HRBP and Director of People Operations to support the reputed company and Corporate functions, executing key HR processes including Performance Management, Compensation, and Career Pathing initiatives.
