Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service/Chat Agent to join our U.S. Part Administration Community in Oklahoma. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our members. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Use critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to determine request/item/conveyance issues and provide effective solutions
  • Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering chats
  • Work as the contact between Costco.com clients, merchants, purchasing and activities staff to resolve customer issues and provide support
  • Consider and offer rewards as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School Recognition or GED equivalent

  • Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of 14-day instructional class
  • Past customer service experience (preferably in a call center or retail environment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient business writing and typing skills (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm)
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief friendly assistance, and phenomenal completion

  • Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
