Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and deploying advanced analytics and machine learning models to drive business growth and innovation
- Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support data-driven decision making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
- Communicating reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and advocating for data-driven decision making
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and applying this knowledge to drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics) or a reputed company field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a reputed company field
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., master's or Ph.D.) is preferred
- Proven experience working with large-scale datasets and developing and deploying advanced analytics and machine learning models
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company Cloud is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics) or a reputed company field
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI is a plus
- Experience in Reinforcement Learning is a plus
