Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Client Account Manager with a proven track record of success in advertising sales and account management, particularly in the CPG industry. As a key member of our Large Customer Sales team, you'll collaborate closely with Client Partners to execute campaign launches, deliver insightful optimizations, and manage internal account operations. Responsibilities

As a Client Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals, including campaign execution and optimization
  • Executing campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimizations to agency and client partners
  • Ongoing management of internal account operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of technical issues
  • Educating brands and media agencies on arenaflex's value proposition and best practices, highlighting the benefits of our innovative solutions
  • Consulting clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, crafting media plans that meet their unique needs
  • Collaborating with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolution of technical issues
  • Representing client needs to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed
  • Identifying areas of improvement proactively, driving process enhancements and reputed company improvement initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, with a strong background in the CPG industry
  • A solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem, including digital measurement and tracking fundamentals
  • Comfort with problems of diverse scope requiring data analysis, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
  • Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through challenges, with a willingness to take calculated risks and drive innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including brands, media agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and reputed company environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and meeting client expectations
