The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and online chat. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, guiding them through the ordering process and addressing any concerns they may have. Responsibilities

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
+ High school graduation or its equivalent + Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries + Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders + Exceptional communication skills, including the reputed company to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs + Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities + Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings + A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy + Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service + A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
