Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely, accurate, and reputed company information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products and programs

  • Independently solve problems relating to policies reputed company scope and escalate others as appropriate
  • Identify, analyze, and own customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company policy issues and improve customer experience

Essential Qualifications:

* Active Producer insurance license REQUIRED in addition to at least 1 year actively using the license
