Job Responsibilities:

As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, to reputed company and implement tools and solutions to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including setting goals, objectives, and performance expectations.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
• At least 4 years of experience in a reputed company field, including risk management, data analysis, and leadership.
• 2 years of experience working with designing teams that form data infrastructure and ML models.
• 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require.
• Strong background in data analysis, including experience with SQL, R, and Matlab.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business judgment, including the ability to use data to drive strategy and business decisions.
• Experience with machine learning and natural language processing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Postgraduate education in a reputed company field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.

• 2 years of experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities.
• Strong understanding of SQL, R, and Matlab, including experience with data visualization and machine learning.
• Excellent impacting and leader relational skills, including the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business judgment, including the ability to use data to drive strategy and business decisions.
