Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including calls and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
