About the Role:

  • Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher

Required Skills:

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues
  • Ability to adapt to various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
