Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Member Services Representative to provide telephone assistance to our valued reputed company Medicaid members and health care providers. This role is based in the Charleston, WV area, with a hybrid work model that offers flexibility while ensuring we can maintain the highest level of service quality.

As part of the arenaflex team, you will play a critical role in handling inbound inquiries reputed company to eligibility verification, provider network changes, identification card requests, and a wide range of benefit-reputed company questions. Your ability to deliver compassionate, accurate, and timely responses will directly impact member satisfaction and help us fulfill our mission of making health care more personal, convenient, and affordable.

Key Responsibilities

As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional telephone support to our members and providers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from reputed company Medicaid members and health care providers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to inquiries regarding health benefits, eligibility status, and coverage details
  • Assisting members with understanding their plan benefits, including copayments, deductibles, and covered services
  • Supporting providers with claims inquiries, prior authorization requirements, and member eligibility verification
  • Processing requests for identification cards and coordinating card deliveries
  • Handling provider network change requests and guiding members through the transition process
  • Providing information about extra benefits and wellness programs available to members
  • Documenting reputed company interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
  • Escalating reputed company issues to appropriate department supervisors reputed company necessary
  • Meeting individual performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Technical Requirements: This position requires high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable. Work Schedule

We are committed to providing reputed company members with predictable schedules to support work-life balance:

  • Training Period (First 6 Weeks): 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
  • Production Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Please note that during the initial training period, attendance is mandatory to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role. After completing training, you will transition to your production schedule with the flexibility to work from home, though you must commute to the Charleston, WV office reputed company unable to work remotely due to prolonged technical issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Residency: Must live reputed company 50 miles of Charleston, WV
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company health care information in clear, simple terms
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and learn new software applications quickly
  • Home Office Setup: Must be able to work from home independently and prove to be self-sufficient in managing your work environment
  • Performance Standards: Ability to meet established performance standards, including call quality metrics, attendance requirements, and productivity goals
  • Commute Capability: Must be able to commute to the Charleston, WV office reputed company technical issues prevent remote work
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
