What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning Systems, you'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing our financial planning infrastructure. Your daily activities will include:

• Application Support: Maintain and support the Hyperion planning application for forecast and actual financials, ensuring reliable and accurate data delivery to stakeholders across the organization.
• Data Validation: Validate financial data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies including divisional roll-reputed company and intercompany transactions.
• System Administration: reputed company system maintenance tasks including user permission management, access controls, and configuration updates to ensure optimal system performance.
• User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding system issues, existing reports, forms, and models, delivering timely and effective solutions.

• Development: Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and forecasting and planning models for Finance departments, tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs.

What You'll Need for Success

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience/training in a reputed company field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Finance role, including experience with financial statements, financial modeling, and analysis.
• Technical Skills: Strong IT foundation including experience with reputed company and multidimensional and relational database structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and deployment experience (including Intelligent Reporting, Essbase, and Planning)
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning and budgeting systems
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes
