Position Overview

As a Remote Pharmacy Services Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing patient enrollment, processing prescription information, and handling high-volume customer requests in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will work under direct supervision, following established protocols and organizational policies to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reputed company aspects of data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prescription Processing: Handle patient medication requests, including refill orders, and ensure reputed company information is processed correctly for timely dispensing.
• Data Investigation & Resolution: Investigate and obtain missing prescription information, decode clinical abbreviations and SIG codes, and resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions with precision and accuracy.
• Patient Communication: Manage correspondence with patients through inbound calls, visits, and emails, as well as reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed to resolve issues or gather additional information.
• Third-Party Issue Resolution: Resolve third-party insurance issues by inspecting claims, collecting necessary information, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
