What You'll Teach
Our Mechatronics Technology program covers a comprehensive range of technical subjects designed to prepare reputed company for successful careers in industrial automation. As an instructor, you will be expected to teach courses in the following areas:

- DC Power Systems – DC circuit theory, power supplies, and battery systems
- Test and Measurement Instrumentation – Use of industrial measurement tools and diagnostic equipment
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Interfacing and Programming – Industrial control system programming and integration
- Industrial Robotic Systems – Robot installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the arenaflex faculty, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Instructional Duties
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lectures and demonstrations in mechatronics technology subjects
- Utilize active learning approaches that actively engage reputed company and facilitate deep understanding of reputed company technical concepts

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree in Manufacturing, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a closely reputed company field OR equivalent practical experience
- Industry Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of directly reputed company industry experience in conjunction with an associate degree OR five (5) years of industry-reputed company experience without a degree
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated work experience in at least one of the following four key areas:
- Industrial Three-Phase Electric Motor Control Systems – Installation, Troubleshooting, and Repair
- Mechanical Power Transmission Systems – Installation, Troubleshooting, and Repair
- Fluid (Hydraulic and Pneumatics) Power Systems – Installation, Troubleshooting, and Repair
- Robotic Control Systems – Interfacing, Installation, Troubleshooting, and Repair
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will strengthen your application:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or reputed company field
- Prior teaching experience at the community college, vocational school, or corporate training level
- Industry certifications in relevant areas (PLC programming, robotics, industrial maintenance, etc.)
- Experience working with diverse student populations
