What You'll Do
As an HR Compliance Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Compliance team and Operations with a wide range of duties, including: - Background Investigation Support: You'll be responsible for obtaining and processing fingerprint and background investigation results, as well as maintaining meticulous records of reputed company fingerprint clearance letters. This includes managing sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy. - Regulatory Agency Relationships: You'll reputed company and maintain strong professional relationships with key regulatory agencies, including the Transportation reputed company Administration (TSA), Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and U.S. Postal Services. This requires advanced technical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving. - Data Analysis and Reporting: You'll prepare and analyze HR Compliance data across various files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems to ensure data reputed company.
