What You'll Do

As a Premium Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering premium hospitality and comprehensive support to our elite clientele across reputed company areas served by our Premium Customer Services division. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Elite Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company premium passengers, ensuring their experience is seamless from arrival to departure.
  • Access Management: Register clients and verify their access to exclusive clubs and lounges throughout the airport.
  • Warm Welcome: Greet clients by completing reputed company guest experience tasks, including using their name whenever possible, ensuring proper identification is visible, providing WiFi access, and proactively asking how you can assist.
  • Reservation Management: Book and confirm flight reservations using our semi-automated business review environment and other booking systems. Handle flight changes, rebooking, and comprehensive ticketing services.

  • Schedule Adherence: Report to work on time as scheduled, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Need for Success

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
