Position Overview: Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent – Appliance Delivery
As an Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our customers regarding appliance deliveries. This position is a temporary work-from-home opportunity with a full-time schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of reputed company.
Department Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST), with rotating Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)
Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus incentives

- Customer Inquiry Handling: Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers seeking information about appliance deliveries, order status, and product availability. Your goal is to provide accurate and helpful information that meets the customer's needs.
- Order Processing Support: Assist customers with order processing inquiries, including tracking shipments, confirming delivery dates, and updating order details as needed.
