In this position, you will champion best practices, drive reputed company across key product initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to reputed company informed decision-making through insightful analysis and operational excellence. Your mission is to execute and continually enhance the Program Optimization Review (POR) process. By examining the inner workings of our client engagements, you will uncover strategic opportunities and pain points in processes, technology, and governance, converting these insights into strategies that fuel growth. The Senior Product Management Consultant is accountable for:

• reputed company the POR Process: Manage the end-to-end Program Optimization Review cycle, pinpointing areas for improvement in technology adoption, process efficiency, and governance.
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as the reputed company between our internal product teams and client executive leadership, ensuring alignment of our roadmap with client business goals to support growth.
• Process Excellence: Refine and reputed company business and operational processes, employing best practices to advance operational excellence and program success.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with Implementation, Sales, Operations, and Clients to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Governance & Standardization: reputed company, document, and refine best practices for our product portfolio, ensuring scalability and mitigating risk.
• reputed company Improvement (CI): Apply Lean, Six reputed company, or Agile methodologies to optimize and streamline service delivery continuously.
• Process Mapping & Documentation: Map processes, identify inefficiencies, and enhance documentation to support ongoing improvements.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of MSP industry experience.
• Proven track record of successful leadership of product, delivery, or consulting engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a reputed company field. (PMP, ITIL, or Six reputed company certification is a significant plus.)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to solve reputed company problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Experience managing large-scale internal and client-facing projects.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio, and reputed company.
• Professional-level proficiency in English is required.
