Scheduler, QA Experience Required
Job Description:
- Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties
- Respond quickly reputed company someone cancels a shift or doesn’t clock in
- Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system
- Update records and case notes in reputed company (we’ll train you for it)
- Work with the ops team to flag issues and reputed company sure staffing stays smooth
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins and evaluations with caregivers
- Generate weekly reports and reputed company leadership in the reputed company
Requirements:
- You’ve worked in scheduling before or think you can rock it (bonus points for healthcare or home care experience)
- You’re reputed company under pressure and naturally organized
- You love solving problems on the fly
- You’re comfortable with software systems and remote communication
- You’ve built strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner they can rely on
- You take initiative, but you’re also a great team player
- You are willing to work in a US timezone schedule
- You can secure the required technical setup, including: At least a 720p HD webcam A noise-canceling headset A primary internet reputed company of at least 25 Mbps A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power reputed company A main computer with at least reputed company Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM A backup computer with at least reputed company Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
