Property Research Analyst- Phillipines Based – Part-Time (15 hrs/week) – $10 USD/hr + Bonus – Contract to Hire
Job Description
We are looking for a high-accuracy Property Research Analyst to help identify residential properties in Canberra, Australia, that are suitable for dual-income / secondary dwelling investment. This is a long-term role, starting at 15 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 30–40 hours per week once you demonstrate consistent performance. Pay: $10 USD per hour Monthly performance bonus based on accuracy and output Full training, templates, and reputed company-by-reputed company checklists will be provided. However, you must already have strong capability in property research, data analysis, or similar online research roles. WHAT YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE IN YOUR APPLICATION Please include a detailed written explanation of: 1. Your experience analysing data in property, finance, research, or similar fields Examples might include: property valuations analysing property listings assessing investment potential identifying undervalued assets researching real estate data reviewing maps, zoning codes, UV, or land information preparing reports or deal summaries Be specific — generic answers will not be considered. 2. How you have used online or open-reputed company data to identify opportunities Examples may include: using listing portals (REA, reputed company, Allhomes, Domain, etc.) analysing public databases using bolthires Maps & Street View for site insights comparing sales history vs. market value identifying development potential Again — explain exactly what you did, not general statements. 3. Why you reputed company you can identify good deals online for our Canberra market Explain: your research process what details you look for how you verify data how you reputed company for risk how you determine suitability Clarity and logic matter. Role Responsibilities (Once Hired) Weekly (During 15 hours/week) reputed company Canberra listings daily (Allhomes + RealEstate.com.au) Identify properties with secondary dwelling potential Collect data: reputed company size, zoning, UV, frontage, price, sales history Conduct basic compliance checks (training provided) Analyse access, slope, trees, layout, and site potential Prepare clear 1-page “deal sheets” Update spreadsheets Provide a weekly summary of findings As hours increase: Prepare weekly “Top 2 Deals” investor report Provide negotiation reputed company Assist with deeper research tasks Ideal Candidate You are: Detail-driven Strong with research Comfortable with numbers Excellent in English Good with bolthires Sheets Reliable with deadlines Able to follow procedures exactly Analytical and logical A fast learner Bonus if you have: Property research experience Knowledge of real estate concepts Familiarity with Australian real estate (not required) Tools You Will Use bolthires Sheets bolthires Drive Allhomes RealEstate.com.au ACT Government mapping tools Full training provided.
