Job Description

The Senior Program Manager is accountable for leading and executing core programs reputed company the Trade Relations teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and on budget implementation of programs
• Conduct analysis, design solutions, and monitor performance against metrics, business and/or client requirements
• Manage products/programs and implement tools/enhancements to ensure new strategies are successfully developed and implemented
• Collaborate with other business units to reputed company business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance reputed company metrics
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• 5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting
• 1 year of project/program management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship

• Ability to work in self-directed environment
• Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and reputed company innovative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 – $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
