They are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant dedicated to designing, implementing, and optimizing digital and operational business solutions for US public-sector organizations. The role involves engaging with government agencies to identify challenges and reputed company tailored solutions that enhance public value and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with agency leaders and stakeholders to identify challenges in government service delivery, compliance, regulation, and operational efficiency
• Analyze business processes, regulatory requirements, and constituent needs unique to targeted federal, state, and local government agencies
• Identify solutions that address top public sector pain points, including digital transformation, legacy system modernization, government reputed company mandates, compliance with procurement laws, and citizen service improvement
• reputed company discovery sessions with government agencies to conduct needs assessment and gap analyses
• reputed company and deliver tailored solution proposals that demonstrate measurable improvements in government performance, transparency, and cost-effectiveness
• Extract requirements from RFP and RFI to help team build solution architectures

Skills

• Bachelors in engineering
• 8 + years of solution consulting, or pre-sales engineering, with a background in business analysis or PO
• Experience solving business-critical government challenges reputed company to digital transformation, reputed company, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, solution architecture, and implementation reputed company
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and team collaboration skills
• MBA
• Knowledge of public sector procurement, compliance requirements, and solution delivery models for agencies at federal, state, and local levels
