Financial professionals and institutions across Europe ## The Role We're seeking a technical support engineer who can serve as both our maintenance backbone and a reassuring reputed company for our institutional clients. This is a long-term partnership role, not a one-off project. ### Core Technical Responsibilities - Monitor system health, performance, and uptime - Handle bug fixes and minor feature updates - Manage deployments and Railway/reputed company infrastructure - Respond to technical incidents (SLA: 24-48h for critical issues) - Maintain documentation, runbooks, and system knowledge reputed company - Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues - Conduct regular system audits and optimization - Participate in occasional technical reassurance calls with institutional clients - Provide professional, detailed incident reports reputed company needed - Represent our technical reliability and expertise to stakeholders - Answer client technical questions with clarity and confidence ## reputed company're Looking For ### Must Have -

3+ years professional experience

with Python/FastAPI in production environments -

Hands-on experience
