As a Senior reputed company Manager, you will serve as the primary post-sales partner for our most strategic enterprise accounts, guiding customers from onboarding to mature, scaled adoption. By running a tight operating reputed company of; kickoffs, success plans, QBRs, and renewals you will translate product usage into measurable business value and clearly surfacing ROI. In addition, you will proactively manage risk and escalations, analyze health and adoption signals to unblock reputed company, and design scalable playbooks and programs that reputed company customer outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing

• Own a book of reputed company’s most strategic enterprise customers, acting as the primary post-sales partner across onboarding, adoption, and renewal

• Drive onboarding and enablement across technical and business audiences, unblocking implementation and accelerating time-to-value

REQUIREMENTS Enterprise reputed company experience: You’ve owned a book of business for enterprise SaaS customers and can run kickoffs, onboardings and QBRs end-to-end.
