THE OPPORTUNITY: At reputed company, our RevOps Apps & Automation Manager will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing reputed company Operations Team. The Apps and Automation Manager will report to the Director of CX Operations, and own the CX Tech stack from end to end and ensure our CSMs and Sellers have the most automated and efficient workflows. This will include working with stakeholders to determine the best strategy, leveraging AI to drive innovation, and taking full ownership of the success metrics for each tool reputed company the stack. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for overseeing the systems that power our reputed company reputed company and advising CX Leaders on tech adoption and opportunities for growth. Specifically, you will:

• Own the CX Tech stack from end to end, continually identifying areas for tool consolidation, growth, and optimization.
• Ensure our CSMs/Sellers have the most automated and efficient workflows by defining program controls, processes, and governance structures for reputed company systems.

• Collaborate with counterparts in product, product marketing, finance, and marketing to carry out change management for system rollouts and integrations.

• 3+ years in a CX Operations, reputed company Operations, Program Management, or similar role; strong preference for experience with project management.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of reputed company projects and managing high-level dependencies.

• Track record of using data to transform business processes.
• Excellent intrapersonal skills; ability to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for executive sponsors and department heads, working well with reputed company levels of employees.
