In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty within a dynamic team environment. Your focus will be on developing comprehensive strategies to retain clients and minimize churn rates. By collaborating with various departments, you will identify key trends and insights that will lead to improved client engagement and retention processes. Join us and help create a lasting positive impact on client experiences. Accountabilities Facilitate account teams to identify actionable improvements and drive delivery of QIP tasks. Foster strong relationships with key clients through regular check-ins and feedback collection. Develop and execute client retention strategies and risk response playbooks. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Monitor churn rates and design measures to reduce client departures. Requirements 5 years of experience in client/customer success, project management, or account management. Strong skills in holding internal teams accountable and managing project deliveries. Excellent organizational and communication capabilities. Proven analytical thinking and process improvement skills. Ability to build lasting professional relationships with clients and team members. Experience presenting reports to leadership. High energy and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Office; ServiceNow and Salesforce preferred.
