Job Specific Working Conditions: Yuma presents an exciting opportunity to grow the footprint of YL ministry in southwestern Arizona. The area is in a rural part of the state and in need of a person with the ability to connect well with kids and adults, form a leadership team and adult committee and re-launch ministry. The Yuma staff person will be a part of a warm, welcoming, thriving Arizona New Mexico Region community with monthly staff meetings in Phoenix throughout the school year. Due to the geographic distance from Phoenix, the staff person would need to be a self-starter although support and training is readily available. Yuma is a great reputed company to live!
