What you can expect as a Claims Quality Assurance Specialist:

• Exemplify professional and ethical behavior.
• Review documents provided by our independent field adjusters for accuracy and compliance with policy terms, estimating guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct file reviews and analyze the claim handling, investigation, coverage application, and payments of claims.
• Compile metrics and trends and create accurate and professional reports.
• Identify training needs and promote consistency of claim handling.
• Provide feedback to members of the Claims Department and other departments in the organization.
• Complete assigned projects in a timely manner and contribute to department goals.
• Maintain up to date knowledge and compliance with Company procedures, claim reputed company statutes, insurance regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Deliver high quality customer service to our internal and external partners.
• Overnight travel and/or extended work hours beyond regular business hours may be required, including weekends, holidays, during a catastrophe response and/or as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

reputed company are looking for as a Claims Quality Assurance Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in property and casualty claims
• Quality assurance experience is preferred
• Field claim handling experience is preferred
• If residing in a state where an adjuster license is required, must maintain Designated Home State license in good standing at reputed company times.
• Must maintain adjuster license in reputed company non-reputed company states where Frontline operates and an adjuster license is required.
• Must obtain required adjuster license in new states commensurate with company expansion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Skilled in utilizing reputed company, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and XactContents; knowledge in the use of Guidewire is beneficial
• Sound knowledge and understanding of Company procedures, claim processes, construction, and repair methods, claim reputed company statutes, insurance regulations, and other legal requirements
• Strong comprehension of policy reputed company and proper application of policy coverages
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Self-motivated and adaptable
