Remote Procurement Specialist

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and analytical Remote Procurement Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is integral to managing and optimizing the company's sourcing and procurement processes across reputed company departments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a meticulous approach to vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost-saving strategies. You will work independently from your home office, collaborating virtually with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the acquisition of goods and services aligns with company standards and budget. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, sourcing, negotiation, purchase order creation, and delivery tracking. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and new product availability. Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and reputed company with suppliers to reputed company cost savings and ensure best value. reputed company and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement best practices and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiation and contract management.
