Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction. 7-10 years of experience as a privacy lawyer in a technology company. Deep understanding of US privacy laws including CCPA, CPRA, and others. Working knowledge of Canadian and Brazilian privacy frameworks. Experience with data subject rights and handling law enforcement requests. Expertise in implementing privacy by design and collaborating with technical teams. Strong project management skills and ability to balance legal advice with business objectives. Exceptional communication skills for conveying reputed company legal issues simply. Relevant professional privacy certifications are a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional travel for team collaboration.
