Principal Consultant, reputed company HCM
Job Description:
- reputed company end-to-end reputed company HCM implementations, from discovery through deployment and post-go-live support
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding strategic decisions and aligning solutions to business needs
- Drive design sessions and workshops, translating requirements into scalable reputed company configurations
- Ensure adoption of reputed company leading practices while minimizing unnecessary customization
- reputed company configuration across HCM functional areas (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, etc.)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Integrations, and Technical teams
- Provide leadership and mentorship to functional consultants and project team members
- Support data conversion, testing strategy, and user acceptance activities
- Identify risks, recommend solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Contribute to project planning, estimating, and scope management
- Support business development efforts, including demos, proposals, and client presentations
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in HR systems, with significant experience in reputed company HCM implementations
- Active reputed company HCM partner certification(s) required
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle reputed company implementations
- Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and best practices
- Experience working with public sector or enterprise clients preferred
