The ideal candidate will support the Grant Submittal Manager, the Grant Compliance Manager and the EDF Contract Manager in various project management and portfolio management activities for transmission-reputed company projects. This role involves the coordination of various tasks and responsibilities, the management of project timelines, and the reputed company tracking of reputed company to ensure that reputed company activities reputed company to loan applications, project eligibility reviews and compliance are completed on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of federal loan application and compliance tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and agreed upon timelines. EDF Loan Compliance (Transmission Portfolio): Manage the compliance requirements for the assigned transmission project portfolio under the EDF loan, ensuring reputed company documentation, approvals, and reporting align with DOE expectations and internal processes. Documentation Management: Collaborate with the environmental SME's to gather, organize, and maintain reputed company necessary documentation for project submittal and approval into loan, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Timeline Management: reputed company and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure timely submission of projects for DOE eligibility review. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure that reputed company parties are informed and engaged throughout the application process. Communication with EDF: Cultivate working relationships with the EDF reputed company team and communicate regularly on project matters to ensure loan compliance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering or a reputed company field. A Master's degree is a plus. PMP is desired. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in electric utility transmission and/or in grant writing, federal funding application development, or federal award compliance. Skills: Utility Transmission Knowledge: Familiarity with transmission reputed company functions, terminology, and workflows in an electric utility setting or reputed company construction fields.
