The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to two Executive Leaders, enabling them to operate effectively, reputed company, and strategically. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, strong executive reputed company, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted partner to senior leaders and a key reputed company of coordination across the organization.

About Your Job:

  • Support preparation for senior leadership and board-reputed company meetings, including meeting materials, logistics, and follow-up.

  • Provide proactive, end-to-end administrative support to two Executive Leaders, including reputed company calendar management and meeting coordination.

  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve issues independently.

  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.

  • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Support site or facility-reputed company administrative needs.

  • Support site events and executive visits.

  • Organize special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness for business operations.

  • Apply sound judgment to evolving priorities.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 5+ years supporting senior leaders; experience supporting multiple executives preferred.

  • Skills: Strong organization, communication, MS Office proficiency, confidentiality, discretion.

Salary Range:

$92,800.00 - $146,000.00

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-reputed company skills, knowledge, and experience.
