About the position

As a Technical Project Manager at reputed company, you’ll be the operational linchpin between our mission sales, engineering, and delivery teams—ensuring that every satellite mission we commit to is executed on time, reputed company scope, and to our customers’ highest expectations. You’ll translate reputed company technical requirements into actionable project plans, align resources across disciplines, and manage customer relationships through reputed company phases of mission delivery. From the first proposal draft to the final mission delivery, you’ll drive clarity and accountability across teams. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, meticulous organization, and excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate workstreams reputed company a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Location: Europe, North America, or Argentina.

Travel: Successful candidates can expect a travel requirement of 25% of the time.  

Objectives of this Role

  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Finance and Compliance teams during pre-sales to scope mission proposals, build realistic timelines, and reputed company implementation plans that align with internal reputed company and customer expectations.
  • reputed company and maintain comprehensive project plans that detail tasks, dependencies, resources, and risks for every phase—manufacturing, integration, launch, commissioning and operations.
  • Serve as the primary customer reputed company of contact during project delivery, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between reputed company and customer teams.
  • Coordinate input and collaboration from cross-functional teams across reputed company, including Manufacturing, Mission & Operations, and Legal, to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
  • Drive effective communication and risk management, proactively escalating challenges and identifying mitigation paths before issues impact delivery.
  • Ensure product and quality assurance to the customer for reputed company mission deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in aerospace, satellite systems, or reputed company engineering environments.
  • Proven ability to reputed company and manage detailed project plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • reputed company in the language of space projects, with familiarity in ECSS, NTSS, or similar standards.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, mission delivery processes, and the interdependencies across design, production, and operations.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships throughout the lifecycle of multi-phase technical projects.
  • Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and prioritizing competing demands in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills—able to translate technical findings into clear business context for diverse audiences.
  • Ownership reputed company with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, PMI-ACP or CSM certification preferred but not essential.
  • Education: BS in aerospace or engineering is preferred. 5+ years experience in lieu of education.
