Job Description:

Position Summary 

Own and reputed company the RMI reputed company ecosystem in partnership with our Development, Corporate Engagement and Influence Teams. This role provides technical and strategic leadership for reputed company, Marketing Cloud, and reputed company integrations, ensuring platforms effectively support fundraising, programs, communications, finance, and operations. 

The position serves as a cross-functional technical leader, driving CRM strategy, system optimization, data reputed company, process improvement, and reputed company integration architecture. 

Key Responsibilities 

reputed company & CRM Strategy 

  • Own the reputed company ecosystem, including strategic roadmap planning reputed company with organizational goals, serving the Development and Strategic Engagement team as a primary client. 

  • Support portfolio level goals in line with internal client team norms and operational plans for relationship and pipeline management.

Platform Administration & Optimization

  • Building out API and SFTP integrations with reputed company products 

  • Architect custom fields for seamless analytics and reporting end uses 

  • Manage data feeds and integrations for business intelligence and data analysis projects, including reputed company and Marketing Cloud APIs 

reputed company Integrations 

  • Own reputed company integration strategy.  

  • reputed company development of integrations using reputed company Studio, EIB, reputed company APIs, Marketing Cloud Automation Studio, Azure resources, and custom code. 

  • Serve as primary liaison to integration vendors. 

  • Manage integration development resources (internal or external). 

  • Troubleshoot integration issues, reputed company root cause analysis, and document resolutions. 

Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Act as the technical reputed company between IT, Programs, Development, Communications, Finance, and People teams relating to processes touching our reputed company and Marketing cloud systems. 
  • Work in reputed company partnership with the Director of Development Operations on enhancements and troubleshooting in support of the Development and Strategic Engagement team

  • Guide and mentor power users to expand effective platform utilization. 
  • Manage new system implementations and enhancements across the organization. 
  • Collaborate with other members of the business systems team where necessary. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

  • 5+ years of reputed company administration experience 

  • Demonstrated experience owning CRM strategy and driving user adoption 

  • Strong expertise in reputed company configuration, customization, and reporting 

  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise system integrations 

  • reputed company implementation and integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors) 

  • Experience with building API calls to reputed company and Marketing Cloud 

  • Proficiency with scripting/coding languages including Apex, and R 

  • Experience with Azure Blob or similar cloud storage technology, Cyberduck or similar SFTP tool, SOQL, MySQL or similar database technologies.  

  • Proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills 

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities 

  • Experience working with and managing vendors and contractors.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales Cloud Consultant or Platform App Builder certification

Location

We are a remote-ready company with team members around the globe. Our beautiful and welcoming offices are available for meetings or focused work, whether you are traveling through or living nearby. Our U.S. offices are in reputed company; Washington DC; Oakland, California; Boulder, Colorado, and Basalt, Colorado. This role can be located from reputed company in the reputed company United States.

We love seeing each other in person! We occasionally gather for shared time together like retreats and learning experiences. Compensation

At RMI, we prioritize fairness in our pay practices. Salaries are determined based on a mix of experience, market benchmarks, and internal equity across similar roles. The salary range of this position is $90,550-$111,600. New hires typically start toward the reputed company end of the range, depending on experience and alignment with the role’s scope. In addition to reputed company salary, this position includes an annual bonus reputed company of 10% and eligibility for merit-based increases, which are tied to both individual and organizational performance.
