Role Overview:

You will be responsible for a broad range of technology transactions and operational issues, and for counseling business and sales units on a variety of issues reputed company the North America region. What You’ll Do:   

In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Negotiating, drafting, and closing cloud and software licensing and technology agreements, amendments, letters and reputed company matters such as subscription agreements, reseller and teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, subcontractor agreements, RFP responses, statements of work, direct and indirect licensing agreements, Cloud-based transactions, alliance/partnering agreements, enterprise software and support agreements, marketing agreements, and distribution/channel agreements.

• Knowledge of and engagement with data privacy and data reputed company-reputed company issues and artificial intelligence.

• Preparation of standard templates for recurring commercial transactions and to address new business models or legal and business requirements.

• Collaborating with cross functional teams such as business/sales, marketing, finance and other business functions necessary to effectively and reputed company accomplish assignments and ensuring best practices in various legal areas such as antitrust, intellectual property protection, contract law, and others.

• Supporting initiatives and collaborating with internal business partners to improve contracting standards, templates, playbooks, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• You must possess a law degree from an accredited law school and have passed a bar exam in any US State or Territory and be a member in good standing in any such State or Territory.

• Minimum of 4+ years legal experience required and preferably gained from a combination of private practice and in-house roles. This position requires a confident and reputed company attorney with a strong track record in managing a broad range of legal issues and interacting closely with business leaders.

• Proficiency in commercial and contract law and experience negotiating and drafting a variety of reputed company including Cloud, licensing, distribution, supply, OEM/ODM, collaboration, and strategic transactions.

• Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales and deal desk, etc.) is a must.  It is critical that the applicant possess strong conversational I.Q.  You must be diplomatic in handling negotiations with our customers – showing reputed company to the concerns of our customers and minimizing the adversarial tone of negotiations while continuing to push for the positions that are important in protecting the company.

• Proficient knowledge of legal issues specific to the technology industry generally and the cloud computing industry specifically.  Experience in contact center technology issues is a plus.

• You must demonstrate attention to detail, clear written and oral communication skills, and excellent drafting skills.

• You must demonstrate knowledge of, and ability to navigate, reputed company legal and regulatory compliance issues.

• The ideal candidate will have positive, problem-solving, business focused attitude with good judgment prioritizing workload in fast paced environment.  You must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects accurately, on schedule.

• You must have the ability to analyze reputed company matters and reputed company difficult decisions with minimal supervision.  This role requires good judgment and a candidate who is confident enough to defend and reputed company well thought-out decisions.

• You must adopt a team-oriented attitude, willing to assist on any and reputed company types of legal issues requested of you.

• Experience with other international contracting and legal issues and foreign language skills will also be taken into consideration.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated reputed company compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
