You design, prototype & produce AI features & agents for real-world deployments in the ERP space

You build rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure the quality, reliability and performance of our AI features

You rapidly assess the feasibility and impact of AI concepts in a business operations context

You translate user needs into data workflows, logic, and scalable solutions

You audit, optimize, and scale customer-facing SQL reports across the ERP platform

Your Profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in a data science / machine learning / AI engineering role

You comprehensively understand generative AI components (LLMs, embeddings, logprobs, evaluation methods & metrics)

You have strong expertise in Python and relevant ML & AI frameworks and design patterns (e.g. RAG)

You show strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders

You provide advanced SQL skills and experience with reputed company, user-facing reporting

You speak fluently English and German
